Essentials

A focused single-day engagement that takes your team through the foundations of scenario planning. We work together to define your focal question and time horizon, identify key stakeholders, and identify and rank driving forces by impact and unpredictability, culminating in the development of a scenario matrix and initial set of scenarios. Well suited for teams exploring scenario planning for the first time or organizations looking to build internal familiarity with the process. 

Extended

A three-day engagement that moves through all stages of the scenario planning process covered in Essentials with greater depth, building toward fully developed scenarios. We then dedicate focused time to strategy development: identifying opportunities and challenges within each scenario, surfacing signals to track, developing strategic options, and integrating them into a coherent plan. You leave with a complete scenario set and a strategic foundation ready to put to work.

Tailored

Our tailored engagement is a fully customizable approach scoped to your organization's specific needs, timeline, and planning context. All stages of the process are covered with the depth your situation requires, and can include extras such as tabletop exercises to test current plans against scenarios, risk and opportunity analysis for specific decisions, integration with your existing strategic or business planning processes. The scope, format, and session structure are defined collaboratively before we begin.
